PRODUCT ORDERS
All orders placed on the Kamaspa S.A.C. online store are subject to the acceptance of Kamaspa-peru.com, and Kamaspa-peru.com only, at its own discretion. Kamaspa-peru.com may refuse to accept or may cancel any order at its own discretion without addressing you or any third party. If you have used your credit card to purchase merchandise that has been subsequently cancelled, Kamaspa-peru.com will issue a refund to your credit account.
INDEMNIFICATION/COMPENSATION
The client waives the right to request any payment of compensation to Kamaspa S.A.C., stating that they have no problem(s) or disagreements in the acquisition of the products. Any such matter will be settled should be settled through the means established under the terms and conditions.
The disagreement regarding the acquisition of the products from the client does not generate or create by any means the payment of any kind of compensation.
